At Interbeing Wellness, we offer holistic psychotherapy that integrates experiential, mind-body care for people who are ready for a different kind of therapy experience. This work is not one-size-fits-all. Each session is shaped around you, your pace, your needs, and your lived experience, rather than a rigid formula or predetermined plan. Therapy responds to what is actually happening in your life, focusing on what feels real and workable instead of theoretical “shoulds.” You are met as a whole person, including your mind, body, and lived context, with space to explore both what feels misaligned and what is already supporting you. Through an experiential approach, we move beyond just talking about change.
