Interbeing Wellness exists to offer a safe, grounded space where people can feel their emotions without judgment, move through pain, build self-trust, and become more fully themselves.

Mission

Interbeing Wellness LCSW PLLC offers a place where clients are invited to slow down and listen inward, developing a deeper relationship with one's inner world rather than pushing it away or trying to “fix” it. Through an embodied and relational approach, the work supports clients in making sense of their experiences, honoring their needs, and reconnecting with their natural capacity for healing and growth. Over time, this process helps people feel more rooted in who they are, more confident in their choices, and more able to live in alignment with their values and truth.

Our Story

The Winding Path

Interbeing Wellness was born from Jessica Morgan, LCSW’s evolving path through the mental health field. After working in mental health housing and with the American Red Cross, she returned to school for her MSW with a focus on policy and advocacy, imagining her impact would happen at a systems level. But after graduation, her own experience with climate anxiety led her into the therapy room as a client, where she encountered a gap in the kind of emotional depth and presence she was seeking.

After a series of disappointing experiences, she remembered a single slide from a clinical course on Gestalt therapy. As a longtime yogi and mindfulness practitioner, something clicked intuitively. She sought out an experiential therapist who welcomed the full range of her emotions without trying to fix or minimize them. That experience became a turning point, igniting a deep commitment to experiential work and ultimately leading her to create a practice that honors each person’s inner wisdom, strength, resilience, and brilliance.

Our Philosophy

You are inherently good. You are not broken.

You are doing the best you can with the circumstances in which you have found yourself.

It's okay to need support. That's why we're here--To help you reconnect to that inner good.

Whole-Person Care

You are a whole person. A moving, feeling, thinking, relational, spiritual being. All these parts deserve your attention. Good therapy recognizes that when one part becomes un-supported or un-well it effects every other piece. Tending to our mental health means tending to our WHOLE self.

Client Centered

You are the expert of your experience. We are the experts at holding space. When you lose confidence in yourself we are here to stay strong in our conviction that you KNOW WHAT YOU NEED. Our job is to facilitate deep listening to your experience...no matter how hard, ugly, or terrifying.

Experiential

Experiential therapy is an approach that connects the mind and body and moves you out of talking and into the raw, real experience of your emotions so you can face what’s been avoided, work through it, and actually shift. We're here to cry it out, hug it out, dance it out, and laugh it out right alongside you.
